Wheeling, IL – February 12, 2020 –The Addolorata Villa in Wheeling, part of the Franciscan Communities, will be hosting the Life Long Learning Institute program “A Wee Bit About Bonnie Scotland,” presented in partnership with Harper College, on Tuesday, March 31, from 1:00pm-3:00pm. This is one of many enriching and entertaining educational opportunities available to Addolorata Villa residents and all local adults ages 55 and older.

Tour the vibrant and historic cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Then set out on a circle drive to discover Scotland’s stark, beautiful landscapes and rich culture at iconic sites like Roslyn Chapel, Loch Lomond, the Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield, the Cairngorm Mountains, St. Andrews and many more. You’ll see hundreds of beautiful, current photos, hear the stories, and learn lots of facts about Scotland in this informative travel talk.
