Explore women’s suffrage in Indiana with Historical Reenactor Marsha Miller. She will honor the passage of the 19th Amendment by sharing the stories of:

Helen Gougar – A Lafayette native who was both a publisher and lawyer
Amanda Way – Often referred to as “the mother of Indiana suffrage”
Ida Husted Harper – a journalist, close friend, and biographer of Susan B. Anthony
Zerelda Wallace – A founder of Indiana’s Equal Suffrage Society
May Wright Sewall – An educator and civic organizer

All attendees will receive a Hoosier suffragist badge!
