Cleveland American Veterans Association (CAVA) President Molly Carlin will be speaking about the little known & highly misunderstood tax-free benefit made available by the Department of Veterans Affairs to veterans who served during World War II, Korean Conflict and Vietnam Era. This benefit extends to the surviving spouse as well.
